my Cyborg R.A.T. 5 has sparked to spark and electrocute me. so, its time to get a new mouse.

VERY tempted to get another R.A.T. 5...or maybe move up to a 7.

Nothing wrong with sticking to what works. I've had the same mouse for six years now (Razer Lachesis) and love it. Another R.A.T. 5 doesn't sound like a bad idea.

Logitech G502

I've had mine since last December (or, you know, a month ago) and I'm really digging it. My biggest issue is that I occasionally accidentally thumb one of the buttons.

and speaking of mice, my Logitech mouse is occasionally clicking twice for some reason.

haha. I have had two mice do something similar. Threw them in a drawer for a year or 3, and now they work again. I'm still using a logitech g5...

i probably wouldn't buy another one if it's shocking you.

I use a corsair m65. Never had a problem with it.

It it kind of on the small side? I'm looking at that mouse, but I have mildly large hands and use the "palm" grip.

SteelSeries Sensei. I use the [RAW] version of it, and it's been awesome. Three years now and no misclicks, no funky sensor behavior, no driver shenanigans. Just...works.

It has taken some getting used to, I have the hands of a malnourished Andre the giant which has only led to thumb placement being my biggest issue, which is just a carry over from my old far mouse, I'm sure.

If I wasn't at the ER right now I'd take an action pic for you. Here's a handsome picture of me holding a pilot g2 for reference, though.

Mine too, bro. Mine too. The clash against my HAF X and my keyboard bugged me at first, I'm not going to lie. Like all things, though, it grows on you in time. Kind of like a tumah. I considered doing some in-house customization in the beginning but ultimately decided that there are worse clashes than red and blue with black backgrounds.

yea, but get this..
the LEDs on the scrren buttons are red.
the keyboard back lighting is red (and the base under the keys is red too
and the case itself (which sits on the desk) has red LEDs as well....I wouldnt be able to deal with the blue

As the previous owner of a RAT7 I can vouch that the size adjustability is nice. I recently upgraded to an MMO7 for the extra buttons for playing MMOs.

Action shots, as promised. Hot wheels for size reference. It was a long night, so I figured I'd wait Til today to throw these up. My pinky and ring finger kind of have to bow out in order to maintain a comfortable holding position and then there's the thumb that rests dangerously close to an as of yet unmapped button. Other than that, it's super responsive and the included weights are pretty nice for balancing it out depending on your hand position.

Logitech & Razer have some good mouse. But if you're already familiar with the Cyborg's, then might as well get their newest one. I do like how that mouse is so customizable that its allows "width" adjustment. Like holy crap, if you didn't think some company somewhere would take mouse manufacturing very seriously, you were wrong!
